According to AIP ENR 3.6.2, it doesn’t exist.
It's a terminal navaid, so should be in the airport section (not there either). Decommissioned in 2017.

Interesting, it is shown on the Lido charts cycle 2204 Siena D 110.2 SIE and was physically on the airfield yesterday (07 May 2022) when we visited by road.
LIQS was last charted more than 10 years ago by Lido...
